There is absolutely nothing better than the smell of freshly baked bread! Chef Cherise will guide us through the twelve professional steps of yeast bread production. Each participant will leave with a bowl of dough (in the fermentation stage) that can be shaped and baked into a loaf of bread at home! Please bring your own 2 liter mixing bowl and mixing spoon.
