Have you ever wondered why Chinese food comes in a combination of soup, egg roll, stir fry, and rice? Do you wince at seeing whole fish served with heads on? Rest assured, it’s not to upset your appetite. Educator and cultural consultant Yvonne Wolf will give us a new perspective on the Chinese dining experience, whether it is sit-down or take-out.
