Has your age or physical ability changed your thoughts about being able to confidently defend yourself? You don’t have to be strong or fast to be effective. Join Lindsey Daehnke of Strictly Self Defense to rebuild your self-confidence by learning prevention strategies, along with simple, effective strikes and escapes. Those who are differently abled and use walking aids are welcome to attend, as all techniques can be modified.
